আমি Windows 10 ব্যবহার ক‌রি। অভ্র দি‌য়ে ANSI মু‌ডে "রু" লিখা যা‌চ্ছে না। লিখ‌লে নি‌চের মত আসে।

এটা অভ্রের সমস্যা নয়, ফন্টের সমস্যা। কালপুরুষ আনসি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। অভ্রের সাথে ডিফল্টে ইনস্টলকৃত।
