It would be nice if JS could get detailed information about the remote playback device (such as its IP address, device name) once casting started. For instance, events like remote.connect, connecting, disconnect could provide details about the connected device. Alternatively, a new property (or method) could be added to expose this information.
This feature would be especially helpful when multiple remote playback devices are available, allowing users to distinguish which device is being used. Support for this functionality should cover both AirPlay and if possible Chromecast too.
