Docker: tagged releases #318

Hello,

It would be great to have tagged releases for the Docker images like on mviewer docker image: https://hub.docker.com/r/mviewer/mviewer/tags

This allows to be sure that we are running a specific mviewerstudio and that we don't unexpectedly get upgraded to a new version.

Indeed.
I'm not a GH-guru, but I suppose it should be enough to copy the logic from mviewer actions
