Unable to set target directory

Call: admin/admin/mzeis_documentation/index/

Result: "Unable to set target directory."

Possible reason: zombie module xml still existant inside app/etc/modules/ - but extension directory missing.

Same here. In /Mzeis/Documentation/Model/Resource/Page/File/Collection.php the Method addTargetDir() throws an Exception because there is an active Module without adjacent source files (simply an etc/modules/some_module.xml).

This case should be rare, but apperently does occur. Maybe it is possible to just display/log those errors in a more fail-operative way?

Did one of you fix it yourself and would be happy to send a PR? If not, is this fix still needed or should I close the issue?
