llvm-project Git repo overflows Cirrus cache size limit on macOS #182

The llvm-project Git repo is very large, and causes the Git cache to overflow Cirrus's limit for macOS builds. This slows down the builds considerably. We should try to find a way to shrink it, and send a patch to upstream TBB.
