Hi!
I am not able to build the rebar, because the recipe conflicts with basic_materials:steel_bar.

I've created 2 pull requests: #6 and #7
I changed the recipe for the rebar from 3 default:streel_ingot to 1 basic_materials:steel_bar to get 10 rebars.
