Summary of Issue

The citation graph of papers is potentially powerful information that could be used to improve labeling accuracy.

Description

The methods used in the paper, SPECTER: Document-level Representation Learning using Citation-informed Transformers from the Allen Institute could be used to improve labeling.

Look into using it using the code they provide.
