Background

Currently, we have several dev tools for building applications that leverage Chain Signatures:

Each library has its own unique approach with varying levels of completeness. In favor of simplicity, one library should be chosen to become a foundational place for further development of a more feature-complete tool.

User Story

As a developer, I want an easy-to-use SDK / library that helps me build a successful chain abstraction application. As someone new to the space, I should not have to spend much time finding and evaluating several tools that do not appear to be production-ready.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Determine which library or tool should become the foundational place where we will combine features from other libraries
  • Combine chainsig-lib, multichain-tool, and near-ca and create a canonical library that abstracts all details of interacting with chain signatures from a frontend
  • Add hooks
  • Implement new interface, doesn’t support wallet signing unless individual wallet implements it, devEX can be improvised
