[DOC] Add Community Templates

Background

Different community members have created their own scaffolding templates, which help users to have a starting point for their applications, instead of needing to start a project from scratch.

We currently have some templates under the "tutorials" section, but they are not simple to find

User Stories

• As a user, I want to easily find community templates on the official near documentation

Acceptance Criteria

• Gather information on existing templates across the community
• Find a place for the templates in the documentation, maybe creating a new entry in the top bar, or within the "Resources" menu in the top bar
• Add at least https://near-vite-start.pages.dev, created by build dao

Resources & Additional Notes

• Mintbase templates
• Build dao scaffolding project
