No longer "no peer", missing chunks sometimes (was always missing chunk with 1% uptime) #126

With the latest commit, my node, which was always missing chunks and no peers, now can sometime produce chunks. Seem like "no peers" no longer exists. I hope it gets better the next update. One more thing, I was running 24/7, but my uptime is 1%.

Get latest config + genesis and restart
