Cast bar showing 1 pixel bar when it should be hidden

For some reason, I am getting a 1 pixel bar right where the cast bar starts for my Target frame. Enabling Reverse and Deficit will get rid of it (and it doesn't show up on the other side of the unit).

It is only showing on the Target Frame.
