How about using the chat input from users to help build the graph?
Perhaps the users could select which parts of their chats they want to input to the graph. They could also control whether the input is for a private and protected graph, or for a public and shared graph. If it's for a public, shared graph, they could control whether their input is made anonymously.
There was a saying about computer bulletin boards in the late 1980s, "It's the users that make the system."
