Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some 豆瓣 Subject's metadata is wrong, if i edit right data, another user click refetch button is terrible.

Describe the solution you'd like
add the lock feature for admin to prevent user cliking refetch.

another problem of pollution: some external website's ISBN or IMDB_ID is wrong so subject will be merged wrong way, may be we need a check step when automerging by this ID?
