Feature Request

When editing the parent article for tv-shows, you are also able to add languages. Those are "just" textfields:

When editing a season of a tv-show, you are also able to add languages. But this time, those are dropdown menus, which are way more convenient:

Goal

Change the textfields in the parent item into dropdown menus, just like editing a season.
