[Request] Submit Application via Mark POST API

Mastodon status has a optional attribute application

98% of NeoDB Statuses are posted by NeoDB system when users are submitting marks of item. But there is no choice to post mark status with application field.

Adding the support of application could make NeoDB ecosystem better, encouraging developers to build their own products.

So please add a optional field of submit mark data application, and showing on the mastodon status.
