Closes #1935
Reimplements the hook to
EntityRenderersEvent.CreateSkullModels
. The initialization of the event has been moved to just after registering layer definitions as the hook is now a function instead of a map.CustomHeadTest
was also updated so that the reimplemented event can be properly tested.
