Questions on PCB order

Thank you very much for sharing this project.
I have sent your PCB files to a company ( https://www.pcbway.com ) and they are asking me some questions which I don't know how to answer. My notions of electronics and PCB design is near to zero.
I've also thought that leaving this out in public might help someone else.
I leave the questions here in case you can help me with it.

Question 1:
Could you pls check the pic1 and notice this hole with arrow, if it is plated hole or non-plated hole? if it is plated hole, then if we need to add the pad and make it solder mask opening?
As you can see in the pic that we sent you before, for this hole that we asked, it is on the copper, but the copper is cross copper pad, not round solid pad, so we cannot check if this hole is plated hole or non-plated hole.
Bcs normally, for plated hole, the hole should be on one solid pad, but for non-plated hole, there should not be copper pad, so can you check again?

Question 2:
Can you check the pic2? for the hole that we asked with white arrow, the pads are crossed pads, not the pad like the part with yellow part, so we cannot confirm if the hole with white arrow is plated hole or non-plated hole.

Non-plated hole will not connect the top side and bottom side, and only plated hole can connect top side and bottom side, so can you try to check again?
