Have we considered cases like:

[the boy and the girl] who are standing in front

Would this involve a Coordination heading a Nom (in which case there are NPs within a Nom)? Or relative clause as post-head peripheral modifier?

@BrettRey should we exceptionally allow relative clauses as external (peripheral) modifiers for cases like this?
