The latest ckb-js-toolkit is still in sync with the LINA mainnet, if we want to update to develop on CKB2021 then we can use npm install ckb-js-toolkit@next to install the 0.100.x version to work with CKB2021 hardfork. Or checkout the ckb2021 for more details of the changes
