Add Unimus config section to NetBox #1

Conditions:

None

In NetBox Administration, add a new section “Unimus connection”, add new UI to configure neccessary settings to connect to the Unimus API:

Input field: Unimus URL
Checkbox: Do not check certificate
Input field: API token
Button: Test connection

Button should call “Health” API endpoint in Unimus, check for OK.
