Colorize currently requires manual download of model file #1

After initial install, running Colorize plug-in will result in an error about a missing file: G.pth

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open or create a black and white image
Go to Layer->GIMP-ML->Colorize
Click "Colorize"

Result
Plug-in exits with error that G.pth missing.

Workaround
Manually download G.pth (find it at https://github.com/valgur/neural-colorization, described in a wget command) and place it in weights/colorize

GIMP Version: 2.99.12
