Allow Disabling "Zoom to Fit Graph" and Customizing the Keyboard Shortcut

Description:
The "Zoom to Fit Graph" command triggered by the F key causes issues on custom interfaces where existing keyboard shortcuts are already in use.
Problems:

The F key is hardcoded and conflicts with existing shortcuts in custom interfaces.
There is no option to disable this functionality or change the shortcut key.

Proposed Solution:

Add an option to disable "Zoom to Fit Graph".
Allow customization of the keyboard shortcut.

This would make the tool more flexible and compatible with custom interfaces.
