Remove REST API v2 support in New Relic deployments script #3025

New Relic will end of life REST API v2 keys on March 1, 2025.

Let's verify that our user functionality won't break with this change. We have some mention of API keys and REST API v2 in the deployments cli command code.

We already mention users should use User Keys and don't mention REST API keys, though we do mention REST API endpoints. Only the keys are deprecated, not the endpoints.
