Resource newrelic_application_settings: Entity GUID is not Exposed

We rely on APM's entity GUIDs to create alerts, SLOs, workloads, etc.

At the moment, we are forced to use the data source newrelic_entity to search for the GUID because newrelic_application_settings doesn't expose the GUID like many other resources like newrelic_nrql_alert_condition for example (.entity_guids).

It would be great if the resource exposed it.
