senate-trends and house-trends do not support --test or date #308

We are using elex for state maps but we wanted to build a simple "balance of power" datavis. Assuming
senate-trendsandhouse-trendsare the two commands to get this data, why is the--testflag not supported? By default, the AP is returning senate and house data from early 2012.Apologies if this is not the place for this sort of issue/question!
