Converting to image issue

Describe the bug
After enabling converting to image in printing the receipt while using nps or register printing when I send new item to kitchen on opened table the total order is sent to kitchen also when the order is cashed the order is sent again to kitchen.
also in printing options in gastro settings the kitchens printing option isn't working the single printing only is working.
Also the register button or nps button which is found in tables in dine-in doesn't print the receipt as image also the option of converting the receipt to image is turned on.
