email option not working in supplier form php v7.3

Provide a username as created on Nexo Platform: https://api.nexopos.com/register. Only the owner of the account can POST an issue.

Describe the bug
In php version 7.3 dont register supplier.

3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
