[Suggestion] Add support by default for MediaDC

Hello,

I am currently trying to install MediaDC which is a tool to merge duplicated pictures and videos.
Unfortunately, I get an error when I follow the steps.

I will add the followings packages but I was thinking if it would possible to support out of the box this kind of addons?
Since, at each updates I will lost the current configuration.

Hi, we are not going to add support for this since actually with https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/cloud_py_api it should work out of the box.

However if it does't work, feel free to upvote and subscribe to cloud-py-api/mediadc#101
