Allow Maximum Response Limits, Confirmation Emails, and Clickable Links in Forms

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We offer camps for young people and would like to recreate the registration process using Forms. For this, we would need:

1. An option to set a maximum number of responses for a form. (Ideally, it would still allow submissions beyond the limit but display a different message, e.g., "You are on the waiting list.")
2. Email confirmation: If an email address is provided, the respondent should automatically receive a confirmation email with their submitted data and a statement that the response was successfully received.
3. Clickable links in descriptions or answers, e.g., for terms and conditions (T&C).

Describe alternatives you've considered
We have considered manually managing registrations via spreadsheets or external tools, but this is time-consuming and prone to errors. Using Forms with these features would greatly simplify and automate our process.

Additional context
We use NC within our youth organization to manage various tasks. Automating our camp registration process with Forms would be a significant improvement, saving time and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

We understand that this is a lot to ask, but we truly believe these features would greatly enhance Forms and make it even more versatile. These improvements could benefit not only us but many other organizations with similar needs.
