Bug description

Whenever I try to set explicit permissions for a certain folder, the folder automatically hides itself from all users; not even the show hidden files option makes the folder visible. The folder is still intact and no data has been erased.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add advanced permission rule
2. Set deny permissions for a group
3. Set allow permissions for admin group
4. Set permissions for a specific user

Expected behavior

All users in a specific group are not able to view the folder but even the specific user itself cannot see the folder
