Only allot to filter for "creator is equal to me (user id)" not name #1597

We had a case where a view was not working because it was created with a filter for the creator to be equal to the user name.

This check does not make sense as the creator is always a user id, so we should not allow this in the frontend:

@enjeck This is something that @peterwebdesign reported via chat, just wanted to have it quickly filed
