The format of time in conversations is always the same: HH:mm AM/PM

Describe the solution you'd like
Use the time format from the OS, add the ability to select the time format in settings

Hi! for a quick fix, you may change it in Web-browser <your-instance>/settings/user, then log-out and log-in to desktop client for changes to take effect:

Although I'm not sure this is something that should be handled in the client, if there is a system-wide setting for it, that's certainly a duplicate of #1034

It should take settings from your account, but currently you need to re-login after setting change.

Thanks for the tip, after setting the format in the account and restarting the client, the time format is displayed as desired.
But when using the web version of Talk, the system/browser time format was used.

In which place? Both Web and Desktop use the same format from the account...
