Parent issue to track progress on hosting continually updated datasets at https://nextstrain.org/ebola

The initial scope is Zaire ebolavirus. In the future we will consider splitting into Zaire ebolavirus as ebola/ebov/* and Sudan ebolavirus as ebola/sudv/*.
