bug: MARA will not deploy on LKE since LKE removed 1.22/1.23

Describe the bug
The Linode builds have been failing pretty regularly; was finally able to review the issue which is related to the removal of support for MARA friendly versions of K8s:

 linode-cli lke versions-list

├──────┤
│ 1.24 │
└──────┘

This goes with the other tickets related to running on 1.23/1.24, and will mean that at least in the near future MARA is not deployable on Linode.

Try and deploy on Linode....
