BleMD not listed in Blender 4.1 Addons menu / can't install

Using Blender 4.1, followed all steps and no Blemd, BMD nor Nintendo is shown on addons list.

I think I don't have enough info to help here. if you didn't fix this on your own, can you tell me what you copied/moved and where?

What i basically did:

-Used Pentium Tools converter for Mu Online model BMD files
-Converted to SMD format
-Used 3D Object Converter (cracked) to open SMD
-Saved model as Wavefront OBJ
-Imported to Blender

Is it because 4.0 is not supported or my performance is poor? I imported it and it hasn't responded yet
