xcowsayrc spam an error "Illegal characters" to console. #10

As title say, when created the xcowsayrc file its shows an error:
xcowsayrc: line 1: Illegal character: �
But is was able to run xcowsay commands.

Thanks for reporting the bug. However I cannot reproduce on the current master branch. Which version are you using? It's possible it was fixed by 666ad99 (which isn't in any released version yet).
