Use symmetric dhcp templates

Currently, we are using the asymmetric dhcp cortical surface release, but a newer version of the template is available. We will likely need to apply a few steps to the process to bring surfaces generated by MCRIBS into fsLR space, from understanding these steps are:

• calculate fsaverage -> dhcpSym week 42 registration sphere & apply
• apply week42 -> week40 registration (already calculated)
• apply week 40 -> fsLR xfms (already calculated)
• run msmsulc
