How to remove "Program name" in generated excel's properties

Hi,

I am using NPOI to generate excel from my system. Checking is there any way to remove the "Program name" due to security reason of not wanting to reveal underlying generation tools.

I cannot agree on what you are going to do. Apache license doesn't mean you can use NPOI in any case. Although you don't need to pay any free, you SHOULD mention in obvious place that you are using NPOI in your software/product. This program name attribute is written on purpose to show that this file is generated by NPOI. Microsoft Office also has similar behavior.

If you cannot even mention NPOI, I"m afraid you are not welcomed to use NPOI.

Thank you for your reply. I meant no disrespect to NPOI and I fully understand where you are coming from. Had previously conversed this to the recipients of the software but they still requested for a written reply by the developer. Thank you for your time and this wonderful program.
