It's important to have a primary owner with some key contributors dedicated to making the event happen.

@turboki mentioned that @lexxdawg will be taking the lead on this project. I would recommend finding a person or event team that follow this closely.

I will be available to help wrangle content and can step in to help MC.
@agminusthev will be available to contribute to event organization and will be coordinating the activities of NodeSource members.
