Would be nice if the Antidote CLI tool had the ability to perform tests on images without requiring antidoted or k8s. Not just validating image metadata files, but actually starting an image and performing connectivity tests on it, and maybe even "expect" style tests for input/output.
Once this is available, the NRE Labs curriculum can/should make use of this in CI, and as part of the release process.
