no add-on list

I open the software, but dont do anythink, click everyware, but dont show any infromation or charge the down bar. Please tell me how to "Install" correctly this

I have the same problem. I am using the Win32 version. The list of add-ons is blank. When I hover over the icons in the bar at the top of the screen, the pointer is just a spinning wheel and nothing happens. If I look in the task manger it shows the program has no activity.

Another confirmation that the Windows version doesn't seem to work. Nothing happens, spinning wheel cursor when hovering the buttons in the top-left corner. There's a blue bar in the bottom of the window. I thought it was a progress bar first, but now I don't know sine it doesn't move at all. (Blender-Add-on-Manager v1.1.0.0 / Blender 2.92.0 / Windows 10 Pro v20H2, OS Build19042.867.)

Same results in macOS Monterey, nothing populates. Sort, language, and ascend/descend are clickable, the installed/github/update/favourite buttons lag significantly, and the five buttons in the upper left are blocked (the cursor switches to blue spinning symbol).
