Really love this client. the interface is nice and clean. Anyway I just mostly want to confirm that the volume slider is in fact non-functional at this point. I checked the code and this appears to be the case. Or if it is (intended to be), maybe a config option for it would be nice. I'll try submitting a patch and maybe we can improve it.

I actually forked this project to update it to current software (gtk+, glade; original upstream is inactive since 2009) and haven't worked on this for over a half year.
Anyway, I appreciate your feedback and do welcome (and will merge) any patches, I will not be able to work on this myself probably for another few months.
And no, this is not intended and indeed a bug ;)
