I just got this LuLu alert and have absolutely zero clue on what it could mean... Can anybody explain in layman's terms? Does it have something to do with my VPN? Is it safe to allow? Why is it not signed?

netstat is a system process usually run manually from a terminal to see what network connections are active. Maybe you don't have the "allow Apple programs" option enabled?

I do have that box ticked, though and did not run netstat manually.
Apparently 100.64.100.1 is the address of the virtual adapter in network connections; I also found it running the ipconfig command in the terminal when my VPN was switched on.
What I found particularly strange is that LuLu made it seem like it was unsigned and couldn't check for netstat on virus total. When I searched for "netstat" in LuLu I found it twice: once signed as Apple Proper and once as the above process trying to connect to 100.64.100.1
