Is Mac OS 15.3 (Sequoia) working well with Lulu?

I am hoping people can report their experiences with Mac OS 15.3 Sequoia and Lulu here so that I, and many others, can decide whether or not to upgrade. Hopefully Apple has finally fixed Sequoia so that it works well with Lulu after 15.0-15.2 have not worked. After reading through the bug fixes though, I am afraid the answer is probably No.

Has Apple finally fixed the Sequoia issues which caused Lulu to operate incorrectly?

Is Lulu able to run while keeping the macOS firewall on?

There seem to be some new issues with 15.3.

"...incorrectly handles non-TCP/UDP network traffic. This causes applications that use Apple’s content filter framework to lose visibility of this traffic. "

I'm not sure how much it would affect LuLu though.
