Add support for hosting images on CL repo
- Add images folder Images for CL #2743
- (Edit CL config to support PURLs for images under src/images on CL GitHub OBOFoundry/purl.obolibrary.org#1008)
Initial tests with open image of gut epithelium. This will be done manually including annotation with comment text, link to License + ref.

Further work: #2785 will add a pipeline with a standard template. Once this is done we can copy the template to support manual addition.
