"activated B cell" exact match. The current definition of plasmablast implies it: "An activated mature (naive or memory) B cell that is secreting immunoglobulin, typified by being CD27-positive, CD38-positive, CD138-negative." As far as I understand, an immature B cell cannot be activated. Currently, this term is hard to find if you try to search "activated B cell".
