I think macrognathia and prognathia should be different terms. Right now prognathia is also defined as relative prognathia. I think that is a contradiction. I think prominent jaw=macrognathia would be best suited to describe the chin of a patient with fragile X syndrome.
prognathia should be the opposite of retrognathia. Since retrognathia is not equivalent to small chin, prognathia should also not be equivalent to macrognathia.
