当前的docker开发镜像是基于ubuntu22.04的，而ubuntu:24.04也是一个LTS版本，并且发布已经有一段时间，可以修改基础镜像，以更方便的使用一些新的软件。

将docker版本从22.04更新为24.04 (#486)

Issue Number: #480 

Problem: 将docker的Ubuntu版本从22.04更新到24.04，检查了兼容性

### 更改内容

- Dockerfile 中修改了部分容器构建过程

- /miniob/deps/common/log/backtrace.cpp 中添加了缺少的头文件
