Custom action telescope picker

Instead of using in Obsidian, I want to look at available Obsidian commands in neovim. I want to pick them from telescope and then run them. It could be a good idea to map neovim keys to custom actions in Obsidian. Instead of the preconfigured actions, we would let the user map any action to a keymap.
