Setup is not a smooth experience and constantly hitting roadblocks

Describe the bug
I am trying to evaluate this for setting this up for a govt hospital but running into issues when trying to follow docs for setting up the app. I have tried following this here https://docs.ohc.network/docs/devops/ and the one in the repo README but I feel the need to look through the codebase to setup things

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try to deploy or setup following docs

Expected behavior
I should be able to get the app up and running by just following a series of steps

Additional context
Hey everyone, feel free to shoot down this issue if its stupid. But are the docs for setting up the app up to date ? Because I am running into several errors like missing dependencies and what else. Is it just me or are the docs just outdated ? I would like to help too if there is something to be done
